• You agree to follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• 3 Year Plan – ₹2,478 (GST Included)

Pricing may change in the future without prior notice.

Existing paid subscriptions will remain active until expiry unless terminated due to policy violations.

8. Subscription Renewal & Expiry

1. Renewal Terms for MiniWebsite Plans

• MiniWebsite plans are valid only for the selected subscription duration purchased by the user. 
• Users are responsible for renewing their plan before expiry to continue uninterrupted access and visibility of their MiniWebsite. 
• If the plan is not renewed before expiry: 
  • The MiniWebsite may become inactive, unpublished, restricted, or temporarily suspended. 
  • Dashboard editing access and inquiry features may be limited or disabled. 
  • Product listings, offers, media, or customer inquiries may become inaccessible.
• MiniWebsite.in reserves the right to permanently remove expired or inactive data after a reasonable period. 
• Renewal pricing may differ from previous purchase pricing depending on future pricing updates or promotional offers. 
• Renewal reminders may be sent through WhatsApp, SMS, email, dashboard notifications, or phone calls, but failure to receive reminders shall not make the Company responsible for expiry-related losses.

9. Free Trial Policy

MiniWebsite.in provides a 7-Day Free Trial for eligible new users.

During the free trial period:

• Users can create and explore their MiniWebsite using available platform features. 
• The trial is provided to help users understand the platform before purchasing a paid plan. 
• No payment is required during the active 7-day trial period. 

Important conditions:

• If the user does not purchase any paid subscription plan within 7 days from the MiniWebsite creation date, the MiniWebsite and related dashboard access may be suspended, restricted, unpublished, or temporarily disabled until payment is completed. 
• Users may lose access to editing, sharing, inquiry handling, or other platform features after the trial expiry. 
• MiniWebsite.in reserves the right to permanently remove inactive trial accounts or related data after a reasonable period. 
• Multiple fake registrations or repeated misuse of free trials are strictly prohibited. 
• The Company reserves the right to modify, limit, withdraw, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

10. Refund Policy for Customers

At MiniWebsite.in, we aim to maintain transparent and fair policies.

Non-Refundable Cases

Payments shall generally be non-refundable in the following situations:

• After successful activation of a paid MiniWebsite plan
• If the user has already used platform services substantially
• Delay caused due to incomplete information from the customer
• Customer dissatisfaction related to design preference or business expectations
• Failure of customer to use platform features properly
• Non-renewal reminders ignored by customer
• Temporary downtime caused by internet, third-party services, hosting providers, telecom operators, or force majeure events

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may only be considered if:

• A paid plan was purchased directly without using any free trial (if applicable), AND
• Refund is requested within 7 calendar days from payment date, AND
• There is a major technical issue caused solely by MiniWebsite.in preventing basic platform functionality, AND
• Our support team is unable to reasonably resolve the issue within 15 working days from the complaint date.

Refund approval shall remain solely at the discretion of MiniWebsite.in after internal review.

No Refund After Renewal

Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.

Domain/Third-Party Charges

If any future service includes third-party charges such as domain registration, premium integrations, advertisements, SMS, WhatsApp API, or external tools, such charges shall be non-refundable.

11. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days.

Actual credit timing depends upon:

• Banking systems
• Payment gateway processing
• UPI/network delays
• Holidays or technical issues

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source or verified bank account.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and banking details.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support:

• Suspend the account immediately
• Block website access
• Recover associated losses or gateway penalties
• Permanently terminate the account in repeated cases

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal action.

13. Referral Program Terms

• Referrals are considered valid only after successful payment by the referred customer.
• Referral rewards may be modified, paused, or discontinued anytime.
