10. Refund Policy

FOR FRANCHISEE PARTNER

1. Franchisee Fee: The franchise fee paid during registration is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Wallet Balance: In case the Franchisee decides to discontinue their partnership, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded by simply placing a request for refund email to us mentioning the reason of it. The amount will be refunded to the franchisee bank account which was given at the time of registration.

FOR CUSTOMER

At MiniWebsite.in, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully:

• 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users to experience our services. During this trial period, users can explore all features of our platform without any charges.
• Paid Plan Subscription: After the 7-day free trial, if customers are satisfied with our services, they can choose to upgrade to any of our paid plans. Once a customer subscribes to a paid plan, no refunds will be provided.
• Refund Eligibility: If a customer skips the 7-day free trial and directly purchases a paid plan, they will be eligible for a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, provided they request a refund within this period. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.
• Ineligible for Refund: Refunds will not be provided once the paid plan subscription has exceeded 7 days. No refunds are applicable for customers who have availed of the free trial period and then subscribed to a paid plan.
• Chargebacks: If a Franchisee or customer raises a chargeback through their bank or payment gateway, the Company reserves the right to:
  • Immediately suspend the respective mini website account.
  • Terminate the Franchisee account if repeated chargebacks are raised.
  • Withhold any pending payments until the dispute is resolved.
• Refund Exception: Refunds will only be processed if there is a technical issue on the Company's side that prevents the website from functioning properly, and the Company fails to resolve the issue within 15 working days from the date of complaint.
• Refund Request Process: Refund requests should be made via email to support@miniwebsite.in with the subject line “Refund Request.” Our team will review the request and process refunds as per our "Release to Refund/Payment Policy"

The refund payment release cycle is strictly scheduled on the following dates of every month:

7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of every month.

If any of these dates fall on a public holiday, national holiday, or bank holiday, the payment will be processed on the very next working day.

The payment will be transferred to their bank account provided by the user or franchisee during registration. It is the sole responsibility of the user/franchisee to ensure the accuracy of their banking details. www.miniwebsite.in shall not be responsible for any payment failure or delay due to incorrect banking information provided by the user/franchisee.

Payment Process Duration: Once the payment date arrives (7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th), the processing time for payment disbursement may take up to 48 working hours unless there is a technical, banking, or holiday-related issue.

No Manual Payment Requests: Users or Franchisees are strictly prohibited from requesting manual payment clearance outside of the fixed payout dates mentioned above. Any request for advance payment, manual transfer, or early clearance will not be entertained.

Payment Delays: In case of any technical issues, banking issues, or unavoidable circumstances, www.miniwebsite.in holds the right to delay the payment until the issue is resolved. However, we assure our users that all payments will be cleared in the earliest possible time frame.

Zero Deduction by Mini Website:www.miniwebsite.in does not deduct any commission from the earnings of the user/franchisee.

Taxation: It is the sole responsibility of the user or franchisee to report their earnings and pay applicable taxes to their respective governments. www.miniwebsite.in will not be liable for any tax issues arising from the user's income.

Disputed Payments: In case of any disputes related to payment release or wrong payment processing, the user/franchisee must contact our support team within 7 days of the scheduled payment date. Any claims made after 7 days will not be entertained.

Right to Withhold Payment: www.miniwebsite.in reserves the right to withhold or block payments if:

• The user or franchisee is found violating any of our Terms & Conditions.
• There are any unresolved disputes, fraudulent activities, or complaints related to the user or franchisee.
• The franchisee fails to provide valid KYC (Know Your Customer) documents if requested.

Payment Finality: Once the payment is successfully processed, it is considered final and non-reversible. www.miniwebsite.in will not reprocess or modify the payment once it has been transferred.

By using our platform or participating in any of our programs, you fully agree to comply with the above Refund Policy. Failure to comply may lead to the suspension or termination of your account without any liability to www.miniwebsite.in

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Website or services without prior notice if:
